I would much rather see a regular guy try something new, or see a friend of mine put together something unique. But show me a whole article obsessing over how great Jacob Elordi's regular-ass jeans are? I am just so confused about the way people *worship* celebrities. No, buying the same tee shirt as Jeremy won't turn you into Jeremy, and it's weird that you're trying. Let singers sing. Let actors act. Maybe that's why I've never *quite* understood the hype around "airport fits." I see that they present celebrities in a more casual light. I get that they seem "natural," although I doubt many of them are; at the peak of this phenomenon (the late 80s through most of the 90s), celebrities treated the airport like another runway, knowing they'd be photographed, counting on it. But most of them still don't stand out to me as anything special. All that said, I do have some favorites. Some are simple, but with really good silhouettes. Some are really interesting, and I do think there are lessons to learn here. I have a lot to show you, and not much more to say. Obviously, some of the sections are a little short. I got a lot of this inspo from preexisting repositories of airport fits, including Instagram accounts like [@airport.looks](https://www.instagram.com/airport.looks/?ref=thesecondbutton.com). I can't remember all my sources, since I pulled this inspo together over a long time, but if I find some other good batches, I'll list them here. As a final note... I generally do recommend saving your own inspo, and organizing it in a way that makes sense to you. Maybe you want to separate casual outfits, smart casual, and casual tailoring? Or maybe you want to separate rugged / outdoorsy-type outfits from refined / city-type outfits? Idk. Just some thoughts. It's nice to have inspo.
